Immigration

Chhaya’s immigration services are closed. We are no longer accepting new immigration cases or appointments.

We remain committed to supporting our immigrant communities. If you need immigration legal assistance, please explore the following resources:

• Help finding immigration legal services:
Call 800-354-0365 or call 311 and say “Immigration Legal.” The
  MOIA Immigration Legal Support Hotline
provides information about where to find free, trusted immigration legal help in New York City. The hotline does not provide legal services directly or schedule appointments.
• Help for people detained or at imminent risk of deportation:
  Visit the
  Rapid Response Legal Collaborative
to learn about eligibility and request assistance.

Services depend on eligibility and provider capacity. Contacting a provider or submitting a referral does not guarantee legal representation.

Thank you for trusting Chhaya.
